Due to its interest in incorporating the SL methodology, the UA finances short-term actions (semester or year) through direct financing (one-time expenses) or competitive funds to which it has access. For example, it pays for materials, funds are allocated for the hiring of an assistant for the Course, support from teaching professionals, among others. Assessment mechanisms are designed or decided with which the pilot courses will be evaluated, taking as a reference that the SL assessment instruments provided by the program (students and partners) are available, in addition to the early evaluation of Course, among others. The implementation of the mechanisms allows the projection of improvements. Experiences, implementation results and testimonials from the teaching staff, partners and students involved are disseminated. Also, academic contributions are made through publication in teaching research journals or by presenting results at congresses in the area. These actions have occurred occasionally (2 or 3 times in 1 year).

The AU contemplates within its permanent or continuity budget, the financing associated with actions for the implementation of the methodology, making its establishment sustainable over time, since the support can be financed on a permanent basis.

Permanent mechanisms have been defined to collect evidence, which are applied on a regular basis and provide the various actors with information for continuous improvement.

Experiences, implementation results and testimonials from the teaching staff, partners and students involved are disseminated. Also, academic contributions are made through publication in teaching research journals or by presenting results at congresses in the area. All of the above is achieved on recurrent basis (3 or more times a year).
