it is carried out through a survey applied to the students at the end of the semester. At the end of the Service-Learning experience, students are invited to answer this survey that seeks to explore their perceptions regarding the quality of the elements contained in the implementation model of the SL methodology, which account for the development of the transversal skills promoted by it and significant learning related to the objectives proposed for the course. This instrument is fundamental to monitor the quality of the implementation of SL in the courses of the university. Mainly, it helps the teaching team to understand the implications of carrying out the different SL activities from the perspective of their students and to identify critical points to improve the next versions of their courses. It is very important to share the results obtained with the whole teaching team and, ideally, to analyze them jointly. The identification of aspects to improve opens a range of action possibilities for future
Final assessment survey for community partners Another key element for the closure of the SL project is the application of an assessment survey for community partners. This should make it possible to assess the work done throughout the course in relation to the initial commitments established at the beginning. The information gathered from this survey will provide guidelines for the next version of the course. From the SL coordination, a final survey has been designed for community
-Enhance the main strengths of the course and its service project. -Adjust service activities in length and date within the semester. -Adjust assessed work and percentages for the final grade. -Improve reflection activities to enhance the development of skills. -Improve relationship with the community partner. -Assess the feasibility of continuing the work with the community partner. -Better define the service to be developed by the students. -Communicate the results (examples of teaching experiences).
