Application: Describe the specific situation in which each activity will be applied (e.g., during class time, out-of-class time). Remember that there should be space to explain the activity and justify it, clarifying objectives and the activity itself.

Modality: Defines whether the activities will be carried out in groups, individually or both.

Type: Stipulates the format of each activity (e.g., writing, speaking, doing).

Necessary resources: Name all the elements that allow to carry out the reflection activity (e.g., audiovisual material, amplification, didactic materials, proper classroom layout).

Source : Establishes what will be reflected on (e.g., article, news item, videos, personal experiences).

Duration: Defines the estimated time it will take to achieve the expected objectives.
