Attended needs: Estimation of potential social housing to be developed on objective plots of land of the Municipality of Renca. Community Partners: Municipality of Renca. Project description: In this service, a set of plots of land contemplated for possible social housing developments sponsored by the Municipality of Renca were analyzed. Eachworkgroupwas assignedaplot of landand theyhad to apply the urban planning regulations of the commune and the requirements and demands of supreme decrees 49 and 19, which are currently the most used for social housing development.
Reflection strategy (s) used: Problem Tree. Assessment strategy (s) used: Oral presentation.
Attended needs: A diagnosis of the situation of a process of the organization was documented and carried out. Likewise, a set of possible improvements to all possible process dimensions was identified. Project description: The students interacted with responsible parties and executors of the organization’s process, in order to document it in a standardized way; make a critical analysis of the process and identify proposals for improvement based on best practices. Community Partners: Organizations linked to Puentes UC: Municipality of El Bosque, Municipality of Macul, Municipality of Maipú, Municipality of Providencia, Municipality of Puente Alto, TECHO and MINEDUC.
Reflection strategy (s) used: Students are asked to reflect as a group regarding the contribution of the project to the organization and to their learning. Then, these reflections are shared with the class group. Assessment strategy (s) used: Rubrics. Each group must submit five written reports and prepare two presentations. Acorrectedversionof theanalysis reports (report n ° 3) and improvement proposals (report n ° 5) are delivered to the organization counterpart with which it works.
